I purchased 06 x 18 BTU and 02 x 24 BTU AC units for my residence. this was 3 years ago. before purchasing I repeatedly asked if we will get good after sales service. the answer "WE ARE ABANS, WE WILL GIVE THE BEST SERVICE EVEN AFTER 10 YEARS" I have been trying to get my units serviced and it is a nightmare. Calling your service center keeps you on hold for more than an hour. It is frustrating when you pay a high price for a product and than when you do not get a after sales service how good the product is it is useless for us as a customer.
