Leaving Optimum due to inability to resolve and e-mail issue for 12 days!!

Optimum CS, I'm leaving Optimum after 20 years due to inability to resolve and e-mail issue for the last 12 days!!. I've been on the phone daily with customers survive that is unable to resolve my issue! They only escalate it with the promise to resolve it w/i hours, or at times 24 hours, with no call back! We all rely on e-m for important communications for business and personal issues. It's ridiculous that you cannot reach a person from the "secret" e-mail group! The only person that called me asked me what my issue was and had no clue! You leave me no choice but to go to another RELIABLE provider for my e-m, internet and Cable needs! I will also inform upper management, the BBB and social media of your ineptitude. Richard DiPalma
