Late fees

Long story short I became homeless and couldn't pay. With the late fees being almost as much as the monthly rent it added up quick. I thought for sure I'd lost my storage unit but they still had it. At first they wouldn't work with me when I asked but after contacting Pissed Consumer a couple of times I finally got a response. They agreed to eliminate all the late fees during the Covid-19 if I made a good size payment. I was able to do that and they made good on their word to eliminate the late fees during the Covid-19.
