Original review updated by user Jun 09, 2021 We are in the process of cancelling our card with Synchrony Bank due to multiple cases of fraud. The security of this bank is very incredibly low, so much so, that someone was able to call up and report our card lost and have a new one sent to them. When we found out, we immediately called and was told that we had to physically mail proof of our current address in order to prove who we were. That was the last straw. We acquired this card through Sam's Club, which we plan to cancel our membership just because they use this bank. If you have a card through Synchrony, my advice, check all the information daily for fraud. User's recommendation: I would recommend Synchrony due to low security and fraud.
