Lack of response to phone call

On April 12, 2021, I called the facility at 400 8th St N, Naples to order a CD of my April 1 xray. The receptionist who answered the phone transferred me, she said, to the Imaging Center. The phone message there each time I tried said, ". . .we are either with a patient or on the phone; please call back." After four tries I gave up and drove there. Today I called to find out if the CD was ready. The receptionist (-7711) interrupted me each time I explained that I wanted to talk to a person, not the voice mail again, and why I was calling. Somehow I got transferred to a "call center." The person who answered DID listen to me, and actually found out that my CD was ready. Thanks to her!
