There was a Tree Survey and it said the first 50 to complete the survey with a $30 donation would get some free gifts, 10 trees and 2 flowering shrubs; 1 Pop-up Lantern; 1 Kindle and Sleeve and a Book and Calendar. Then I saw where I could do everything on line and it would be much faster! I went there and it will not let me do the survey on line. I saw where on line it said this was a scam! Is that true and why would you send something out that won't let you do what it said you could do in the mailing?
