In May of 2019 I received a bill from Excel out of Atmore AL. I called my phone carrier and they said I pay long distance through them(Century Link) I called Excel & told them I don't need their service. I also have long distance with my internet and cell phone. They cancelled my account but said I have to pay the bill or it will be sent to collections.
