Items have not been delivered

I ordered items on Shein on the 31st of March, they were to be shipped free. It's been a month since I have been waiting. I contacted Aramex to track the order and they say the order hasn't been captured on their database, meaning they haven't received it either. I am wondering what could be the delay. The estimated delivery time is between 5&10 May, how come I can't track my order yet it's suppose to reaching its destination today?
