Poor customer service
I use Oceania Eco Vide (the same old Eco Riga) in the capital. At first, there were problems with waste collection schedules, while exporters realized that they had to stop here as well. Municipal waste is now disposed of properly. However, there are misunderstandings with the export of sorted waste, which must be reported separately. It is quite clear that with scheduling they have a bardac - as long as everything goes according to the usual schedule everything is ok, but as soon as the slightest deviation, so wait for the problems. I wrote the e-mail - did not reply. Call today - don't pick up the phone. It's been 37 minutes since I called. There are three melodies in two circles in a circle. Poor phone customer service, really bad.
