I have a couch that was purchase a year and a half ago. The backing and literally coming loose and there are sharp nails sticking out for my small children to find. The repair was scheduled and I was notified, after an hour of waiting, that the repair guy didnt show up. They rescheduled for me and I havent even received a confirmation that they are coming. I cant get through on the phone. Worst company ever and terrible quality. User's recommendation: Don’t do it.
