Beware of this company!! As previous reviews state the customer service is the worst! My call to customer service was also "disconnected". I bought a Shower Base and it came damaged as you can see in the attached photos. I called Barnett customer service within ten minutes of receiving it and was told they had to do an investigation to see who was a fault and that it would take one to two weeks to do that. Their recommendation was to order another one from them and pay for it! I chose this company because they advertise they are a Home Depot company.
