Salt River Sucks chooses to change out a transformer for a 5 HOURS power shut off in the middle of summer. overbilling, fraud
*SOLVED

After installing inaccurate “smart meter” which resulted in 20% higher electric bills, SRP decided based on “late payments”, to assess a SIXTEEN HUNDRED DOLLAR deposit. No negotiation and no notification. When I try to talk to someone and get upset, they hang up. This is thievery and fraud.
