Have been waiting over 2 1/2 mos. for a replacement camera that their customer service reps said would take 3 weeks to get. I have called numerous times to no avail but to be consistently lied to and given the run around. I even called their headquarters and spoke to the person who is supposedly in charge... Read more➤
On Dec. 5, 2009 I purchaed the camera Model#86379, a digital camera for my daughter for Christmas. I have not been able to open the battery compartment yet!!! I purchased nearly half the money spent for the camera on various Phillip Head screwdrivers and have had no success in opening the this compartment.
For three months we have been waiting for our replacement camera, because the vivitar we were shipped broke within a few pictures on the first roll of film NEVER do business with this company they lie over and over and over If I can assist with the demise of this company PLMK, by posting here.

Unintelligent staff

Today, August 10, at 15.56, I boarded the train Riga-Tukums-2. Since I had a consultation at school at 14.00, I didn't know if I would meet the train at 15.56 and bought a ticket mobilly for the application on 17.07. The consultation will end sooner and the decision to go home faster (15.56) to arrive at the house faster. At the moment when the conductor checked the ticket, he said that my ticket was invalid because it was bought for the next train, even if it was for the next one. The conductor said I bought a new ticket. Of course, I didn't buy it because I had already bought a ticket and no matter what time I drove. When I buy a ticket at the station, I can use it whenever I want.I do not consider it necessary to buy another ticket and believe that it was correct. Why do I have to buy a ticket again and spend money if that is his problem? If the conductor were receptive and understanding, he would say that he sees that there is a ticket and everything is in order. But he still patricians that I had to buy a new ticket. All the while I was driving to my stop, he missed me and hoped to call him and buy a new ticket. Several times he stopped at the other end of the wagon and watched me (it wasn't the best look). I don't think we need to put such employees to work at all, who can't even go into a bit to think and think. Maybe I pressed the next time? He doesn't care, because he works here and not because he likes to earn.And what would he do with that money? Put it in my pocket, because hardly one person can be less than two, because I don't need two tickets anymore. Please explain to your passenger train that you can accept tickets purchased at a different time. Strap on, there were times when I had also taken another time and the conductor didn't say anything. It's just the power of a single conductor.
