It wasn’t the model I ordered & They charged my credit card & didn’t ship for 2 months

I E mailed them over a month ago &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ; got a reply stating my E mail was rejected. They charged my credit &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; didn't ship for 2 months. They also sent a cheaper one. I tried to type a recommendation but was unable to. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The Better Business Bureau needs to knoAw about this company & fraud prevention.
