It was extremely difficult to get someone to speak with. The computer system with the chat rooms are geared toward the usual type issues, and for difficult issues it was impossible to get a resolution

I could not get anyone to deal with a membership Charge which was not what I wanted. I seriously considered canceling my membership because the chat room system kept trying to force me to accept a status which I did not want. I finally decided to file a complaint with the legal department at which point I got an actual customer service representative and the situation was resolved in 2 minutes. User's recommendation: The company needs to increase its staff in customer service!!
