I am the sender of tracking number [protected]. I post from Ipoh to Seri Iskandar Perak since 4Sep, thinking of urgent express so I choose J and T. However looking at the tracking it was inbound outbound to multiple location but not the destination. Called to the drop point office the person just responded me not his business. 2 times I called to customer service i was told postcode issue the first time, but I verified with receiver Tenaga Bill address, it is correct. 2nd time the customer service said will try notify the urgent shipment. it was yesterday. But today it is rebound to Batu Gajah again. If J and T cannot ship, please give me back the goods today. I drive there faster than you.
