I booked Uber from Dehradun to Masoori, cab booked immediately but drivers keep on declining the pickup. I waited for 1 hour 45 minutes by the roadside in the evening, the cab did not come, I hired a private taxi at night, paid amount twice of actual fair and yesterday when I booked Uber again they charged me for all those cancelled trips, whereas not of them was cancelled by me User's recommendation: Don't use Uber, if they don't resolve your complaint.
