To whom it may concern; I specifically booked the sheraton becasue of the pool. When we arrived we were where informed that it isnt functioning and it is being remodeled. This should've been disclosed when we were making the reservation. My friend and I had to purchase day passes for another hotel pool. It was not within walking distance so a cost for transportation was also quite inconvenient for both my friend and i. This is unacceptable. We were not offered complimentary access to a pool in a sister property either. I am very disappointed with the manner we were treated. I just wanted to inform you so that others don't have this same experience. Sincerely The pissed consumer User's recommendation: Make sure to call them prior to stay.
