Original review updated by user Aug 03, 2021 BEWARE of the words "QUICK SHIP" on the Polywood.com website....these words mean NOTHING!!! ALSO, be FOREWARNED that if you purchase your Polywood furniture through a participating dealer, the QUICK SHIP does NOT apply to your order!! The Customer Service people at Polywood.com are USELESS....NO HELP WHATSOEVER. I have been waiting 8 weeks for my Polywood furniture to arrive at my Polywood dealer... the website says "QUICK SHIP 3-5 WEEKS". WHAT A JOKE! (NO, this is NOT funny.....this is ridiculous). HOW do they continue to stay in business??? User's recommendation: Buyer Beware!!!
