First of all our name is Les & Jackie McMullen. We spent about $10,000.00 at your store furnishing our New Home. We was told by Salesman Maurice and Manager BK in your Pineville NC store . That due to the inconvenience of our delivery with changing the dates after our home was completed. We would receive a free granite top nightstand. When we went back to get it, they had put in the system that we would only get free delivery. Our furniture was paid in full in November of 2020. We was told that everything was put in storage and we could get it as soon as our Home was completed. We felt very humiliated and lost our trust in your store and the employees.
