I feel like I've taken a trip to *** since I ordered in Jan 21, delivered March. The sofa and chair did not last 3 months. Fabric was slipping off the arms and broke down, you could see the stuffing "bumps" through the fabric, the cushions were denting in toward the back. I was insulted by the sales rep and the service rep they sent to my home. Replaced with Cindy Crawford love seat. Less than 6 hours of use, the same issues are occurring. Driver refused to take it back and manager has not returned my calls. User's recommendation: Run from Rooms To Go!
