I had my $20 Birthday Rewards to use as I have happily done in the past years. An original price $120 leather handbag which is for sale 60% off to all customers so it is $48. All of the other times that wouldve meant $48-$20=$28 purchase price but today and last night at another location they say it means $120-$20=$100 at 60%off to make me pay $40! They make my Birthday reward only $6 off of the sale price instead of $20 off as it has always been in the past. RIPOFF!
