I had my $20 Birthday Rewards to use as I have happily done in the past years. An original price $120 leather handbag which is for sale 60% off to all customers so it is $48. Please be sure you understand the rewards bucks program.

I do not agree with the way you deduct rewards points off the original price before you deduct the sale price. In essence the rewards customers are no better off than those that get the regular price.

Belle Vernon in services customer

I waited while multiple employees walked around in line while a lady continuously had to go check prices. The checkout lady was incompetent. They rush you out but give you no service. This store is convenient but will inevitably close because of poor employees. I waited patiently until putting my stuff back and leaving.
