We Iberostar the club black membership Looks like we are not alone being misled!!and told half truths they told us that we we only have to pay for the all inclusive portion anytime we stayed at a club; we purchased the residency program, that was a total scam! I hope anyone thinking of buying this membership, do the math and keep your money. You are not haven't been able to talk to anyone..I just stopped the payments... $15,000 is a lot of money to loose and get nothing in return...
