I went to shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy @ the Centenary Site yesterday May 20, 2021 @ approximately 7:25pm. As I approached the counter there was 2 people (1 male and 1 female) working behind the counter. None acknowledged me. I stood @ the counter for approximately 3-4 minutes then I finally asked: is someone going to assist me. They looked at each other and continued to do what they are doing. So I asked them about customer service and why they have me standing here for so long and no has said nothing to address me especially after 4 minutes of standing there waiting. The Gentleman that was working behind the counter told me to just shut up, twice he also threatened to not give me my prescription if I didn't stop talking. I replied that no I am not going to shut up because the customer service behavior is wrong, and he will give me my prescription because 1 I am a born Canadian I am entitled to the service of getting my prescriptions, and secondly I work @ the hospital as a staff this Shoppers's location is where I have all my prescriptions the gentleman then took my order back to his desk and said Your order is not ready after all, and he took my order back to his working station. I replied that Ill wait Again after another 3-4 minutes he came back to the front with my order and said That he put a warning on my account I replied that I will be reporting him. I took my order and left. The behaviours this Shoppers Employee had exsibited was inappropriate and nasty. I did not appreciate being disrespected and yelled @ by your Pharmacist. I work in the hospital since 2014 and I have been using Centenary Pharmacy for a long while dropping &;amp; picking up my prescriptions from that location. I was Appalled and in shock over that employees behaviour
