I have a credit for flight booking TGQYVS . I was not able to go due to illness. Supposedly I have a credit that I am able to use up until November of 2021. How do I do this ? If you cannot help me which I doubt that you can. I am reading all sorts of bad reviews of your company. Please prove me wrong but I think I just lost my money. If so I am posting on Facebook what a bunch of frauds you are, Betty Anthony
