I have been trying to contact someone over my money pk issue. The cashier messed up on my money pk purchase and told me to contact green dot. I've sent multiple emails and keep receiving the same message on email back that they will discuss the resolution. So when I first went to deposit the money pk and error message came up saying that there was an issue when money pk was sold and to fill out the form, so I did. I did exactly what was asked of me. They emailed me saying they have researched and would like to discuss a resolution with me. I reply with ok call me or who do I call? I keep getting the same exact email response from them And
