I have seen a drastic decline of the produce department. The produce is not properly maintained. A lot of the fruits and vegetables are moldy and rotten. The wet rack vegetables are terrible. A lot of the vegetables are black and slimy. The staff is unhelpful and rude. I have run into many pricing errors. To get the problem resolved means dealing with rude and inept employees at the customer service desk. User's recommendation: I have shopped many of the Macy's Grocery Stores and have had nothing but disappointment. Avoid Macy's Grocery Store chains.
