Could not get to phone customer care. The IKEA stores do not provide a customer service #. IKEA provides only 1 phone# for any customer communication. I have not been able to reach customer service 24 hers. Before cancelling my order. I should not get any penalties for cancellations till provided with a available on time phone answers. IKEA owes me for all the wait and delays on deliveries. User's recommendation: Do not shop IKEA till the customer care phone and inventory improves.
