On my 4th visit .after I paid $52,000 to Clear Choice (they came to my house to pick the check up as they didnt want it to get lost in the mail) the surgeon finally told me they couldnt do the implants, as I had taken Fosamax for over 4 years for my osteoporosis. I left very upset and the same woman who came to my house for the check said she would send it in the mail. Now they wont answer my calls or return my requests on their machine to call me back. Wheres my money? CLASS ACTION SUIT? Im in. I left
