I tried to get a refund for an unauthorized charge to my PayPal account by this company working with Digital River... for the second time PayPal has backed up this company and refused any resolution. Seems PayPal, TotalAv and Digital River are working together to rip you off... my suggestion is 5o bypass this software because when you find something better.... they will still charge you for their stuff.
