Update by user Aug 14, 2021 I feel complete abused by Delta. I really don't know where to turn at this point. Based on what I read, I am not alone. The reason their phone help is so inadequate is by design, not ineptitude. They don't don't want to be reached. Original review posted by user Jul 15, 2021 I waited yesterday for over 4 hours after telling me two hours. The number called this time was a Customer Complaint number. When they said 2 hours again, decided not to be an idiot and wait again. User's recommendation: Stay away if you expect any kind of customer concern.
