I need service on new sectional, wait time was 45 minutes on phone 2 times, also got disconnected while holding 1 time, also did not get console to set as advertised in your rooms to go website. Manager told me nothing he could do as you are not responsible for misprint in it's ads. I don't think a customer should have to be disappointed because of it! User's recommendation: Buyer Beware!
