I just received a package that was suppose to be like new Xbox one and I got it today and it doesnt even turn on. Im pissed. I want a refund. He didnt mark the package as fragile and he didnt wrap it in anything to keep it safe while being shipped please call me immediately 814 493 **** ive called you 5 times prior and no one returns my calls.
