No delivery / rough treatment
I received an express mail notification that I had received a shipment. The notification contains 3 telephone numbers that must be contacted in order to receive the shipment. It is not possible to call anyone by calling these numbers every day for a week. I also filled out the order form online, but 3 days no response. I also sent an email, also no reaction. Today, I finally called one of the numbers. A foreign language woman answered with a very rude and ridiculous attitude. Said there was no such shipment number, said he would call back. When I asked if I would have to wait another week, I was told to find the correct shipment number and hung up. I will never use private or business express mail services and I recommend that others do not do the same if you do not want your items to blow up!
