I’m complaining about my parcel delivery

My parcel has been stuck and no update at all since 4 Sep 01:17 after departed from station j&t pen_gateway. After contacting the Sunway Tunas branch Penang, I was told that the delivery staff was under covid quarantine and I was told to wait until he is recovered or until his quarantine ends. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I never seen such a bad service, no backup pkan at all. Pls deliver my parcel asap! Tracking number: [protected]
