I went to Mackenzie Health Emergency on August 31st with kidney pain. I checked in and I was called to go to the examining room. Dr. Paul Perlon came to the room, called my name and only asked one question!!! Does your pain become worst when you move, and I replied yes. He did not listen to what I said about the kidney infection that I've been diagnose with before he just sent me to give urine sample. No examining No nothing!!! He did not even touch or check my back!! After 20 min he called my name and said the sample is clear and when I said I know this pain, my kidney hurts and the pain is unbearable, he replied muscle pain could sometimes become unbearable!!! He only prescribe a pain killer and sent me home. From that day my condition become worst and today I was diagnose with kidney infection. I really want this to be investigated.
