I have not received tracking info or order ordered 4/20/20

not able to talk to customer service. When ordering the units after paying kept getting error messages saying the order did not process and to try again later which I did 5x so I thought it might have been my credit card so I went through Paypal with no problem . when I looked @ my checking acct.I saw that all 5x had been debited to my acct .and paypal was the 6th charge 2 days later the 5x charge was credited back to my acct. paypal remained debited which is fine.The problem is I never recieved my order or a tracking #.Please respond. User's recommendation: I've been doing business with Ebonyline for years until my situation is resolve I will not recommend anyone else.
