Horrible Customer service for Military

Outrigger resorts gives the worst customer services. We made our reservations back in November based on my husbands deployment dates and when they would be pulling into port in July 2016. Hello! Velos padalities with bad experience, due to rent. The hostess who owns the apartment at 137-53 Lielvardes Street is an inadequate woman for years. Hire off this woman you will regret after a short time. The contract she is offering is pointless, because she blames you for every detail, and has thrown you out. We have been with her for 1. 5 years, but I have felt that it will happen sooner or later. The real story: the main door is damaged (could not be opened), a specialist was called to open the door. The hostess blamed us all for not knowing how to use her belongings. When the specialist arrived, found a defect in the door lock, the door lock was broken completely. Next, the specialist says to explain that sooner or later, it would have happened, and my fault is not there,because it is a defect of the door closure factory. Told about 15 minutes to the hostess, but she refuses to understand, fooled her into the same door, and everything has been working for 10 years. Said you pay me (90 dollars for opening a metal door). To which I repeatedly said, as even the specialist told her 15 minutes to start that the fault was not my fault, the hostess continued to blame me for everything, and said that if I do not pay, because it is not my fault, then she says to shout so we gather. (The date of the contract was up to 9, but scattered 10 days before it, shouted that she does not care, and all documents on the apartment are her). Another half a year ago, due to an old hernia (water), we say a little let through. Everything was reported to the hostess and the appropriate authorities to evict the plumber. The pipes were old, they did nothing - they replaced them. For repairs also said to pay I based onthat everything worked well for her. The man is so old and stupid that he does not understand that nothing is eternal. Of course, I could go to the police with a contract, etc. , but I mowed and left. Just warn future landlords that the problem is on your head. The hostess is about 80 years old.
