I have automatic pay and my bill is $36.34. I only get 2 bottles of water for my water dispenser.

I received my bill and it says I owe $66.27. I have not ordered anything else but 2 bottles of water. There is no way my order is $66.27. I have tried calling your 800 number with no luck getting through to a person. I have stayed on the phone to speak to someone for over an hour. I am very disgusted in not being able to speak with someone to check this out. Please have someone call me ASAP. Thank You! Arlene Schultz 215-512-**** User's recommendation: DONT CALL THE 800 NUMBER BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL.
