I have a Vinted account and I have been treated very poorly from Vinted costumer service

Ive been accused from Vinted costumer service representative being a liar and this has really stressed me and upsets me . Ive bought an item and the seller send an item through Royal Mail and the item was delivered to a wrong address as it shows very clearly as its not my address, but Vinted has decided to block my account? This has really upsets me a lot as I feel that Ive been accused of something that I dont have control. I had an amazing feedback on my account and for Vinted to block my account just because the parcel is been delivered from Royal Mail in a different address t
