I got into DC on saturday night and agreed to a fare of 149 for the night. However, I checked my bank statement and soon realized i got charged almost a THOUSAND dollars for one night. I called and the woman credited back my card the $787 it was over charged. However, this is a very very big mistake that absolutely cannot and should not be happening. I understand things happen, however this is absolutely unacceptable. I will be checking to make sure my refund has hit but with the level of inconsistency im left with an uneasy feeling in my stomach that you guys are going to drop the ball again.
