The fact is that the website states that delivery is organized within a predetermined day. In fact, the courier can call and say what will be at your address in 10–15 minutes. This is very inconvenient, since I cannot sit at home all day and wait for the goods to be delivered to me. If I’m not at home, and I cannot meet the courier, then requests to postpone delivery for several hours are not always fulfilled, sometimes I have to swear. I understand that it is more convenient for the guys, but you need to somehow take into account the interests of clients and plan your working day in advance.
