I demand a full refund for products I did not receive

I placed an order for (2) earwax removal items, paid with debit card on 5/14/21, your company took $47.42 of my money. I asked where my shipment was on 5/22, was told it was delivered on 5/21. Checked mailbox again, not there. Went to USPS as directed, all they told me was a different driver worked that day. I will go back tomorrow on my day off. But, I only have a key to my mailbox. I asked for a duplicate shipment or full refund to which your customer service dept ignored. I am very unhappy with your employee Angelie, YOU SHIPPED IT, YOU FIX IT. I shouldn't have to become this angry for YOU TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!; I am very unhappy and demand a full refund immediately and. Quick response. I also want a contact name, phone number and email address to your corporate office. My request # 187**** And also for your future pissed off customers this message was not accepted UNLESS I checked that I agree to the terms and conditions of the Consumer Terms of Service. STRIKE 2! I am not agreeing to anything, I paid for a product AND it us your duty to ensure I get it or full refund immediately. I am ready to file complaint with BBB, NOT YOUR FIRST I SEE!! Rebecca Tobey
