I bought a pool took 6 months to get after I received the pump never worked . Customer started a claim and I faxed all the information they needed not once but twice. Called stayed on hold for over an hour there recorder ask if I want o leave my number and they will call me back did it twice no call back. Im on hold again for the 3rd time over an hour. I paid good money for this pool and its still not work and no one cares. This company is a joke and Im so sorry I bought a pool from the. Its hard enough with corona o pool my kids are so very sad and so am I
