Unkind service

Australian Embassy in Ireland. Very unkind service. This woman cried out for her work in a forced round. It is very inconvenient to have to come or call there. That at furious dogs. Aggression is constant. I would like to ask someone if the employees of such an institution do not have to learn courtesy? And maybe there is an opportunity to change employees. Too many en citizens don't even want to go there because of these ladies.
