It has been three weeks since they said the package is ready for delivery! I have paid over $16,000 in taxes and fees. I have been told 5 times that it will be delivered “today”, package doesn’t come, then the next day there is an email that says, pay $xxxx.xx for some type of tax, surcharge, fee etc.. and cycle starts over. Package will be delivered... They have guaranteed 3 times that it will be “the last time”. Now, they are sending they cannot release the package WITHOUT the SENDERS signature and copy of ID! But when he sent the box, wouldn’t they have gotten all that info??? They don’t tell me ANYTHING. I find out through the driver...
