How to get the repairs done correctly on my vehicle that SEARs worked on?

I am writing this email to I had scheduled an appointment yesterday with SEARS in Rockway, NJ to do my front brakes, an alignment (from tires purchased from SEARS) and an oil change. I received a call back confirming my front brakes needed to be replaced. That an alignment was recommended and they would do oil change. He also stated he had coupons that would help with some of the costs. That was great! I went after work at 415 pm to pick up my car. I waited in line for about 8 minutes as there was only one service technician working the counter. (He did call another worker to help assist with customers – again that was great). When it was my turn I paid my bill, signed paperwork and got my keys. I got in my car and started to drive away (my fiancé had dropped me off but was waiting for me). I told him that it was strange my Service Engine light was on, but assumed maybe because of the work SEARS did it needed to reset and would once I started to drive. I got less than a quarter mile down the road and the Anti-lock light with the sliding tires lit up and the car made a loud sound and acted as if I hit snow and needed to correct itself (it was 83 degrees and sunny). I immediately turned around and drove back. I tried to call my fiancé to come back with me but could not reach him as I figured the car was un-drivable.I waited in line at SEARS and when it was my turn, I told the technician that something was very wrong with my vehicle. I explained to him that the anti-lock, brake sliding symbol was lighting up, that the service engine light was on and that the car was shaking and making noises. They immediately said it was good I came back and they would take it back in to look at it, as maybe something was not put back on correctly (This was great). Upon driving it again (feeling nothing) and then putting it back up on the jack and running a code diagnostics. I was told that it might be the spark plugs and they gave me quote on getting air filter and spark plugs (for an additional 296), but also said it would be ok if I just got my own plugs and did myself or price out elsewhere. The mechanic also told me the roter was a “bit off” and said he “sawed” some off but not a lot as it needed to be in “specification”. He said that might be the noise I heard and that what he did should fix it and that he turned off the service engine light. At this point I felt better and again got my keys and headed out. I called my fiancé who was now on the drive back to tell him I was heading home. Unfortunately when I got on the highway the “Anti-lock skidding /slippery light came back on and the car made sounds and felt like it was slipping and maybe the brakes wouldn’t work properly. I had to put on my hazards and drive on a busy highway on the shoulder until I came to an exit to get off. I pulled into a bank parking lot. My boyfriend pulled up shortly after. He drove around parking lot but felt nothing. I thought maybe it straightened itself out. I asked him to drive my car as I was nervous now after the previous issues. We pulled out and immediately when he picked up speed he experienced the same issues that I was experiencing. He said we are going back to SEARS they need to fix this.Returning back to Sears he explained to them that it was acting up when the car hit a certain speed (45 mph). At this point it was going on to 6pm. SEARS technician said they would have to wait to look at it and test drive on highway when there was less traffic. I was not happy and told them to just keep the car overnight, I needed this fixed. I never received a call back from SEARS the following day (today 8/13/19) so at 11am I called them. The technician said oh, I was just going to call you. He stated that the mechanic drove the car on the highway and nothing happened (I doubt this very much.) I was told that maybe if I was experiencing something it was a sensor, which SEARS could not fix. I was very upset with what I was told and quickly got off the phone to keep my composure. My car other than the brakes was fine. Now I can’t go over 45 miles per hour and II feel like my safety is at risk trying to drive the car home. I have to pick my vehicle up after work and am trying to understand this. How does a person drop off their car and get it back in worse condition then when they dropped it off? How and why does SEARS feel like it is nothing they did when clearly it is? So if I get in a car accident on my way home due to the car sliding off the road or the breaks not working, who is responsible? What can be done to rectify this situation? I expect safety and satisfaction when I take my car in for repair. Not a SEARS technician telling me it is nothing they have done or caused or can’t find anything wrong when clearly something is wrong that wasn’t before.
