I message them about my hotspot the agent had the nerve to say it because hotspot don't work on the phone I have witch is the first cool pad that gave out I told her the hotspot use to work fine she said there nothing that can do since I got in replace ment phone before that was about 3 4 or 5 year ago but I can buy one if I wood like so as of today the hotspot when I turn on give me a error code
