Hotel non-reimbursement for unusued stay/employees not helpful/ extremely dirty – with covid, really?

I booked this through Snap Travel. I didn't even want to check in after I saw the front desk, but did anyway. I walked up to the room, opened the door, smelled the filth and smoke and looked at the disgusting way it had never been cleaned and went back to the front desk. I asked to check out and said I was unable to stay. They said they were "working on cleaning it up." I wanted the information they had on my room booking. I was told it was booked through Priceline. I called Priceline and didn't get any help as it wasn't through them. I have exhausted all ways to get my money back. I went to another hotel to stay the night, but feel that they shouldn't have been paid for a room that was that bad. It was on Davis highway in Pensacola, Florida. I hope that they get shut down, because they shouldn't even be allowed to book rooms on the internet. I will not stay in another Laquinta, and I love them! I was told when I called Laquinta that it was booked through Agada.com. I was told to contact them. There is nothing like that on the internet and I have no idea how to contact them. I am very displeased and hate people getting paid for nothing!
